FDA Usurps Control of All “Herbs”

The FDA (Food & Drug Administration) has legally defined all substances as either “Food” or “Drug” and regulates every herb and natural substance according to their own chemical “Drug” protocols. This effectively suppresses the production and use of all natural remedies.

The FDA has declared any “substance intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease” and “a substance (other than food) intended to affect the structure or any function of the body is a drug.

Additionally, the FDA requires all producers of natural substances and anyone who speaks about their healing qualities, to self-discredit their own products by stating in writing on the label a mandatory FDA disclaimer “These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease”
